Swoveralls is a brand born out of a problem that the founder, Kyle Bergman, had back in 2017. He wanted a pair of overalls made out of sweatpants, and they didn't really exist. Undeterred, Kyle set out to create his own, and that’s how Swoveralls was born.

Swoveralls is the glorious combination of sweatpants and overalls into one incredibly comfy masterpiece. Each pair is sustainably made, functional with 6 pockets and adjustable straps, and unbelievably comfortable.

The Challenge: Coming Back From Third Party Tracking

Swoveralls is by no means a new ecommerce brand on the block. They’ve been around for 7-8 years and first started selling on Shopify back in Q4 of 2017. As a clothing brand that specializes in one key product—Swoverall—the brand’s target audience is people who love comfortable clothing and who aren't afraid to express themselves through slightly quirky products.

When Swoveralls first started, online stores had a vast range of audience targeting abilities through Meta. Ecommerce strategies consisted mainly of sending shoppers who had clicked on an advertisement to a collection page, product page, or even a homepage. In most cases, that alone did the trick to drive purchases.

That is no longer the case. The introduction of IOS14 has allowed audiences to opt out of tracking across apps and sites for audience targeting. This means advertisers, and by extension ecommerce brands, have been forced to optimize the storytelling on their pages instead of just relying on advertisement targeting.

As Kyle Bergman, Founder of Swoveralls notes, “in hindsight, the digital marketing strategy was able to be lazy because there weren't as many restrictions from a targeting standpoint.” With new restrictions on customer targeting, sending shoppers to a homepage was suddenly not enough anymore.

Kyle first came across Replo in ecommerce guru Nick Sharma's newsletter. At this point in time, Kyle had learned about the potential of sending prospective customers to landing pages instead of to the website. He was sold on the idea. His team just needed to figure out the right tool that would make it easy.

He read about Replo, did some research, and started playing around with the product. Value for price was a key determining factor for Kyle, as was Replo’s commitment towards their product.

With Replo, Swoveralls can now quickly and easily create landing pages consistent with the product story in their digital marketing assets for each and every product release. Product releases would come and go on a seasonal basis, meaning speed and ease of design was essential.

As Kyle notes, “where Replo has really been a game changer for us is with the limited edition product drops that we do.” 

Replo’s extensive templates library has also been a huge boon to the team. It allows them to stick to tried and tested content layouts and structures, and draw inspiration from top DTC brands for their own landing page designs. The team rarely creates pages from scratch—rather, they leverage what they need from the templates. Swoveralls has since launched a number of top performing products using Replo landing pages, such as the Teddy Fleece Swoveralls and the Corduroy Swoveralls, the latter of which was launched back in September 2024 and turned out to be their best collection of the year.

Not only that, the Corduroy Swoveralls accounted for 40% of the brand’s total sales for that month. Swoveralls has also seen growth in their conversion rates across product drops, such a 100% increase in conversion rate for a special seasonal intro offer page built on Replo, as compared to the total site conversion rate.

All in all, Replo has enabled Soweralls to work faster and smarter in building curated collection stories into their landing pages.
